Billing and Refund Terms

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Billing and Refund Terms (these Terms) are supplementary to our Terms and Conditions. Any capitalized term used in these Billing and Refund Terms has the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions. These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, and in the event of any discrepancy between them, these Terms shall prevail.

1.2. These Terms govern the payment procedure for purchases made on the Website or in the App, as well as the procedure for refunds.
1.3. Unless otherwise agreed separately, a Subscription can be purchased in one of two ways:
(a) Website purchase;
(b) In-app purchase.
1.4. The amount of the Subscription payment is set at our discretion, does not depend on the frequency of use of the Website or App, and may vary depending on the type of Subscription and the region in which you are located.
2. Website Purchase
2.1. Subscription payments made directly on the Website are accepted and processed via Stripe or another similar payment processing provider.
2.2. For more information please contact the supplier of payment processing services, or the bank that issued your card.
2.3. We process all transactions over SSL and are PCI-Compliant. We do not store your credit card details; they will be stored by Stripe or another payment processing provider.
2.4. For any questions related to payments and refunds made via the Website, you should contact us or the payment processing service provider.
3. In-App Purchase
3.1. Subscription Fees made via an external app store, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or another similar store, are accepted and processed by the respective store.
3.2. You agree that:
(a) payment procedure in the App is governed by the terms and conditions and other rules of the respective App Store;
(b) In-App Purchase is processed through a secure payment gateway used by the respective store;
3.3. For any questions related to payments and refunds made in the App, you should contact the relevant app store directly, unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
4. General Terms
4.1. According to the general rules, the Subscription is provided to you within a calendar day after we receive your payment.
4.2. If auto-renewal is set up for your Subscription, it shall be renewed for the same period (or for the period, stated before Free Trial Subscription) on the first day of a new Subscription period, and on the same day we will charge you the corresponding payment. By selecting the auto-renewal option or accepting auto-renewal after your first Subscription, you completely agree to this payment method. In order to prevent erroneous Subscription renewal (excluding Free Trial Subscription), we will send you a notification via the Website, App, or to your email three days before the expected auto-renewal.
4.3. In the case that you do not renew a Subscription, it will terminate at the end of the last day of the Subscription period.
4.4. You must notify us of any changes to your payment method, otherwise we will assume your payment method is correct and use it for billing purposes.
4.5. If any Subscription fees billed to your account are not processed for any reason, we may put your Subscription on hold until payment is made in full.
4.6. We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fees from time to time, but only for the next billing period. In that event, we will give you notice of these changes. In case you do not cancel your Subscription before your next auto-renewal, we will assume that you agree with the change in the Subscription cost.
4.7. You agree to act in voluntary accordance with these Terms and are aware of corresponding legal consequences of acting against these Terms.
5. Free Trials
5.1. We provide a fourteen-day Free Trial Subscription.
5.2. Free Trials are only available to new users and are provided at our sole discretion.
5.3. We reserve the right to revoke your Free Trial Subscription at any time.
5.4. Once your Free Trial Subscription is complete, you give us your consent to enter the auto-renewal Subscription option for the period you chose while you were completing Free Trial Subscription. For this purpose, you voluntarily provide us with your payment information.
5.5. Any unused portion of your Free Trial Subscription will be forfeited upon purchase of a Subscription before the end of the Free Trial Subscription.
6. Subscription Cancellation
6.1. You have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time in the Account Settings via the Website or App, but not later than 24 hours before auto-renewal.
6.2. To cancel your Subscription on the Website, please follow the below steps:
1) Go to the website wispence.com.
2) Go to the "Subscription and Payments" section.
3) Click on the radio-type button of an activated subscription to turn off auto-renewal.
6.3. To cancel your subscription on your Android device, follow the below steps:
1) Open your Google Play App on your Android mobile device.
2) Check to confirm you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
3) Tap Menu Subscriptions.
4) Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5) Tap Cancel subscription.
6) Follow the instructions.
6.4. To cancel your subscription on your iOS device, follow the steps below:
1) Launch the standard iOS Settings app.
2) Tap on your Apple ID.
3) Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
4) Enter your Apple ID password or Touch ID when prompted.
5) Tap Subscriptions.
6) Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
7) Tap Cancel Subscription/Trial. (If you don't see this option, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.)
8) Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
7. Refunds
7.1. As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for Subscriptions unless expressly stated in these Terms or by Applicable Law.
7.2. When payment is made on the Website, a refund can be made only in the following cases:
(a) based on your request directed to Stripe or other payment gateway provider, refunds may be made by that provider in accordance with their refund policy;
(b) a refund can be made by us in the case of an erroneous purchase of your Subscription (but not in the case of auto-renewal), if you made a request and emailed us within 24 hours from the moment the payment was withdrawn;
(c) based on your request sent to our contact email address, the refund can be carried out in the event that you provide us with strong evidence of critical inoperability of the App, which prevents the receipt of the Services.
7.3. When payment is made in the Google Play App, a refund can be made only in the following cases:
(a) refunds based on your request to Google may be processed by Google based on the Google Play Refund Policy;
(b) a refund can be made by us in the case of an erroneous purchase of your Subscription (but not in the case of auto-renewal), if you made a request and emailed us within 24 hours from the moment the payment was withdrawn;
(c) based on your request sent to our contact email address, the refund can be carried out in the event that you provide us with strong evidence of critical inoperability of the App, which prevents the receipt of the Services.
7.4. In the case of payment made in the Apple App Store, refunds based on your request to Apple can only be made by Apple based on the App Store Refund Policy.
7.5. After reviewing your request, we reserve the right to either refuse a refund even if there are above stated reasons and to provide a refund in the absence of such reasons.
7.6. If for any reason you are unhappy with the Website, App or Services, please contact us at our contact email address.
8. Changes to these Terms
8.1. We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change our internal documents, therefore, we may need to change these Terms from time to time. We reserve the right to do this unilaterally, but we will alert you about any important changes by placing a notice on the Website or App according to these Terms.
8.2. If you use the Services after any changes to these Terms, that means you agree to all of the changes.
8.3. Payment and refund terms are established according to the version of these Terms valid at that particular moment.
