This Barre course includes:
Stretching for Flexibility & Relaxation
A relaxing, mindful stretching class. This class will help to increase your range of motion and flexibility, and will be a balance to intense workouts and help prevent injuries.
Foam Rolling for Tension & Fascia Relief
This foam rolling class will help to alleviate tension and release the fascia connective tissue. With regular practice, this class can help with flexibility, range of motion, and body alignment. A foam roller is needed.
Beginner Barre 1
This is a total body workout for strength, flexibility, and balance. Your muscles will work and stretch in sequences that will give you fast results. This is workout 1 of 3 in the beginner workout barre series but can be done in any order.
Beginner Barre 2
This is a total body workout for strength, flexibility, and balance. Your muscles will work and stretch in sequences that will give you fast results. This is workout 2 of 3 in the beginner workout series but can be done in any order.
