Ash Lanzilotti

is a Hollywood trainer and certified Yoga Alliance specialist who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Ash believes that healing and peace come from within.

In the course you will get acquainted with Vinyasa yoga, which is based on the concept of aligning breath and movement.

  • Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice aimed at strengthening the entire body, increasing flexibility, improving concentration, and creating a more powerful mind-body connection.
  • The combination of synchronized movement and breathing, heats up the blood and encourages circulation through your joints which relieves aches and pains.
  • Yoga brings us into the present moment which allows us to gain insight into our emotions and inner state.

Course Program

The course consists of several levels of varying difficulty, which can be mastered one by one.

Yoga for Backbending

This session will ease you into back bends, focusing on lengthening the spine and relieving tension in the chest and shoulders. This is the perfect class to help ease tension caused by driving or sitting at a desk all day.

Yoga for Hip Opening

A flow designed to open and release tension in the lower back and hips. This session will guide you through relaxing movements plus deep hip opening and hamstring stretches

Core Yoga

This session is all about the core! Activate and strengthen the deepest part of your core with this full-body flow.

Slow Flow Yoga

A relaxing flow that focuses on linking breath and movement. This class is perfect for shifting energy and warming up the entire body.

Yoga for the Upper Body

Increase upper body strength with this dynamic flow. This class will work your back, arms, chest, and core.

Yoga for the Lower Body

This class focuses on building strength and flexibility in the lower body, specifically the hips and hamstrings.

Power Yoga for Full Body Strength

This class turns it up a notch, focusing on strengthening the deep core muscles. You will leave this session feeling pumped!

Breath to Movement Yoga Flow
