Front splits
The training is developing the hamstrings flexibility, stretching the leg and back muscles. After regular practice, you will be able to do the splits
Stretching the hips and hamstrings
Complex work with legs. Workout focus on stretching the hamstrings and opening the hips
Stretching the shoulders and back
The workout engages the upper body: gently opens the chest and shoulders and works out the muscles of the back
Full body stretch
The holistic workout warms up and stretch the muscles of the entire body, prepares the body and mind for deeper stretches
